Refund policy

We want you to love our products, so if you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased online through our website, please contact us on info@greenpebble.co.uk or 01502 710427 within 14 days of purchase and we will do what it takes to find a satisfactory solution. Please keep all the original packaging.

For items purchased elsewhere (ie from a shop), in the first instance please contact that vendor to find out what their returns policy is.

Returns and Refunds

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a UK business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement, where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. If you have purchased your items from us directly (online) please call us within 14 days of receipt of the goods on +44 1502 710427 or email us on info@greenpebble.co.uk.

If you have purchased your items through a third party, please keep the receipt and original packaging and return the faulty item to that third party.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase.
